I/We Agree to Ethical Standards(Required) I/we have read and agree with the following passages regarding how I/we will conduct ourselves in accordance with Philippians 2:3-8, Ephesians 4:25-32, Galatians 5:19-21, Colossians 4:6, Titus 3:1-2, and Matthew 7:12. If these standards are not met, or there is a history of them not being met by an individual or organization, then funds may be denied, removed, or barred at the discretion of the committee and staff.
